I just shared with him one of my favorite poems ever.
It is a poem call "IF" by Rudyard Kipling dated 1895(that is more than a century old and yet holds good even today.)This is what I call a FOREVERL-Y RELEVANT POEM.
Here goes an Excerpt from that email

This is one of my fav. poems.This poem is titled "IF" and is by Rudyard Kipling

Here it goes
IF


Are losing theirs and blaming it on you ,

If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you .

But make allowance for their doubting too ;

If you can wait and not be tired by waiting ,

Or being lied about , don't deal in lies,

Or being hated ,don't give way to hating ,

And yet don't look too good,not talk too wise;

Or being hated ,don't give way to hating ,

If you can dream -and not make dreams your master;

If you can think-and not make thoughts your aim,

If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster

And treat those two impostors just the same;

If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken

Twisted by Knaves to make a trap for fools,

Or watch the things you gave your life to ,broken,

And stoop and build 'em up with worn-out tools;

If you can make one heap of all your winnings

And risk it on one turn of pitch -and -toss,
And lose. and start again at your beginnings

And never breathe a word about your loss;

If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew

To serve your turn long after they are gone,

And so hold on when there is nothing in you

Except the Will which says to them:"Hold on!'

P.S: I meant to write a long letter to you ,,,but then i thought..mmmmmm......"I am not even sure who is reading all these mails that i send you ..why waste emotion and put it out there?right..Reciprocity is such a big word in life..isn't it?..!"

I am trying to remember hard if this was actually an email or was it a message I sent him on myspace or youtube(which btw i have sent quite a few-Most of my youtube messages to him were notes i wrote for each video I shared with him.I keep lamenting that I never made a copy of those youtube notes that i sent him back then and now they are LOST FOREVER.My most initial communications to him were via myspace and youtube.Wish I had made a copy of those notes.sigh
